Shanghai Hongguan Sanitary Pipe (sanitary grade stainless steel pipe) is a type of precision stainless steel pipe that meets the requirements of high cleanliness, no residue, easy sterilization, and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in industries with extremely high hygiene and safety requirements such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, biomedicine, cosmetics, and pure water/purified water.
Core features (different from ordinary industrial pipes):
Material: The mainstream materials are 304 (06Cr19Ni10) and 316L (022Cr17Ni12Mo2), non-toxic and precipitation free, acid and alkali resistant, and disinfectant resistant.
Inner wall: mirror polished (Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, commonly used Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m), no cracks, no dead corners, no hanging materials, and not easy to breed bacteria.
Process: Precision cold rolling/cold drawing, high dimensional accuracy; Internal and external polishing+degreasing cleaning+vacuum packaging, free of oil stains, iron filings, and oxygen scale.
Connection: commonly used quick installation (clamps), welding, threading (sterile), no grooves, easy to disassemble and wash, suitable for CIP online cleaning and SIP in place sterilization.
