Hastelloy rod is a solid nickel molybdenum chromium alloy rod, specially developed and produced for strong corrosion and high temperature working conditions. The mainstream grades include C276, C22, B2, B3, X, N, C4, C-2000, and different grades are suitable for differentiated chemical media and high temperature use environments.
The molybdenum content range of the material is 15% -28%, which endows the rod with extremely strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Core advantages: resistance to dual corrosion of oxidizing and reducing acids; Excellent mechanical strength at high temperatures; Stable operation in corrosive environments that ordinary 304/316 stainless steel cannot tolerate.
Widely supporting fields such as chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, petrochemical factories, nuclear reactor components, marine equipment, environmental waste gas treatment, aerospace components, etc.
