GH99 is a precipitation hardening type deformation superalloy with Ni-Cr base, which can be used for a long time below 00°C and the short-time highest working temperature can reach 1000°C. The GH99 alloy is strengthened by the solid solution of chromium,alt, tungsten and molybdenum elements, and the formation of aging strengthening phases by aluminum and titanium elements, and the purification and strengthening of grain boundaries boron, cerium and magnesium elements. GH99 alloys have high thermostrength, good stability of organization, and satisfactory process performance of cold and hot working forming and. GH99 is suitable for making high-temperature welded structural parts such as combustion chambers and afterburners of aircraft engines. The main products of GH99 are hotrolled bars, plates, wires and forgings. The large plate structure parts manufactured by this alloy can be used directly without aging treatment after solid solution treatment. No harmful phases were found the alloys after long-term aging at 700°C ~ 950°C.
