GH44 is a Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation superalloy with the service temperature below 900°C. It is suitable making the components for main combustion chamber and after burner of jet engine which work for a long time below 900°C. The alloy can be joined by arc welding, welding, seam welding and brazing, etc. And it can be welded with alloys such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, GH1140 GH3030 and GH3039, etc. The parts working at high temperature can be protected effectively by using W-2 chrome plating.
GH44 materials are widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature parts such as turbine blades, guide vanes, combustion chambers, etc., for jet and gas turbines. Also used for high-temperature parts of rocket engines and nuclear power industry.
