GH1131 is a Fe Ni Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation high-temperature alloy, which is strengthened by adding elements such as chromium, tungsten, and molybdenum. It is used at temperatures ranging from 700 ° C to 1000 ° C. The alloy has good hot working plasticity, welding, and cold forming process properties. The main products include cold-rolled thin plates, hot-rolled medium plates, bars, flat steel, and wire materials.
This alloy is mainly used as a high-temperature component for rocket engines. In aviation engines, components such as the adjustable nozzle housing and regulating plate for the afterburner have been made and put into production. It can also be used to produce high-temperature components for rocket engines that operate briefly at 700-1000 ° C and aircraft engines that operate long-term at 700-750 ° C.
