Product Features
GH907 is a Fe Ni Co based precipitation hardening low expansion deformation high-temperature alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding saw, titanium, silicon, and trace fin elements. Alloys have high strength, low coefficient of expansion, good resistance to cold and hot fatigue, and almost constant elastic modulus below 650C. The Curie point is between 400 ° C and 450 ° C. The expansion coefficient of alloys below the Curie point remains basically unchanged. Suitable for producing various aviation and aerospace engine rings and casings below 650'C, the main products include rods, forgings, plates, and strips. Due to the absence of chromium and aluminum elements in the alloy, its high-temperature oxidation resistance is poor, reaching 700 ° C; When using C or above for a long time, appropriate protective coatings should be applied. The surface of the alloy can be treated with shot peening, which can increase the rotational bending fatigue by about 18% after shot peening.
Application scope and field
Alloy has been used in the production of high-pressure compressor casings, load-bearing rings, insulation rings, combustion chamber sealing rings, honeycomb seats, and turbine outer rings for aircraft engines, and has been in good condition.
