GH105 is a Ni Co Cr based deposition hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used at temperatures ranging from 750 ° C to 950 ° C. The alloy has high strength at room temperature and high temperature, outstanding oxidation resistance, but its thermal processing and welding functions are average. Suitable for manufacturing high-temperature components such as aircraft engine turbine blades and high-temperature bolts. The main products include hot-rolled bars and flat bars, cold drawn bars, profiles, and ring parts.

Application scope and field

Alloy has been used in the manufacturing of aviation engine turbine blades, sector seals, high-temperature bolts and other components, with good batch production and usage. The deformation and tensile strength of alloys are high, and cracking during forging and rolling should be prevented. The suitable drawing temperature for cold drawn bars is about 600 ° C.
