GH99 is a Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy that can be used for a long time below 900 ° C, with a maximum short-term use temperature of up to 1000 ° C. GH99 alloy is strengthened by adding chromium, cobalt, tungsten, and molybdenum elements for solid solution strengthening, aluminum and titanium elements to form aging strengthening phases, and boron, cerium, and magnesium elements to purify and strengthen grain boundaries. GH99 alloy has high thermal strength, stable microstructure, and satisfactory cold and hot forming and welding process performance. GH99 is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature welded structural components such as aviation engine combustion chambers and afterburner chambers. GH99's main products include hot-rolled bars, plates, wires, and forgings. Large sheet structural components made of this alloy can be used directly without aging treatment after solution treatment. No harmful phases were found in the alloy after long-term aging at 700 ° C~950 ° C.
Alloy has been used to produce parts such as adjustable nozzle shells and booster cylinders for aircraft engine processing; Rolled bars have been used to manufacture compressor blades for aircraft engines; Forged rods have been used to manufacture structural components for large naval gas turbines and cruise missiles.
