GH44 is a Ni Cr based solid solution strengthened deformation high-temperature alloy, with a service temperature below 900 ° C. Suitable for producing components for the main combustion chamber and afterburner of aircraft engines that operate for a long time below 900CC. Alloys can be welded using methods such as chlorine arc welding, spot welding, seam welding, and brazing, and can be combined with alloys such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti.H1140, GH3030, and GH3039 for welding. Parts working at high temperatures can be effectively protected with W-2 coating.
GH44 material is widely used in the manufacturing of high-temperature components such as aircraft engines and gas turbines, such as turbine blades, guide vanes, combustion chambers, etc. In addition, it is also used to manufacture high-temperature components for rocket engines and high-temperature components in the nuclear energy industry.
