N08367 is a super austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to chloride ion pitting and crevice corrosion. The ability to resist chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion is superior to that of 3 series stainless steel, and the cost is lower than that of corrosion-resistant nickel based alloys. It exhibits good corrosion resistance in various severe corrosive environments, suitable for high chloride aqueous solutions and chloride corrosive environments, and also has super strong corrosion resistance in harsh environments such as high-temperature seawater or smoke exhaust desulfurization devices.

Application scope and field

Chemical containers and pipelines, installation systems for marine oil and gas platforms, condensers, heat exchangers, and pipeline systems in contact with seawater or crude oil, filter presses, storage tanks, and pressure rollers in pulp bleaching processes, flue gas desulfurization equipment in thermal power plants, steel mills, and petrochemical enterprises, crude oil distillation towers and packing materials, desalination equipment and pumps, servo water pipeline systems, transformer casings exposed to marine environments, pharmaceutical equipment, and food production equipment.
